Today's projects come to us from Alicia Tomicich-Wiley of Missouri. Here's what she has to say!
Since Halloween has never been a big holiday for me, I don't have stamp sets for it. This year, since I had a club and knew I should do something for the holiday, I created the projects without any stamping, and personally, I really like them. My club members loved them. These have been inspired by various cards and projects I've seen circulating recently.
