Fresh Cuts!






Hello Everyone,

I am so thrilled to show you some of Selene's creations. Selene has become one of my very good friends and that is what I love most about UDI. The friendships that form because of our love of stampin'. I can't wait to meet Selene at Convention.

Fresh Cuts Project One ~ Beautiful Brilliant Blue!

Fresh Cut Stamp set

Paper
Fresh Cuts Note Cards
Whisper White 4 ¼” x 11” (scored at 5 ½”)
Brilliant Blue 4” x 5 ¼”

Ink
Brilliant Blue Classic Ink Pad

Accessories
Snail Adhesive
Glue dots
Half Pearl from the Pretties Kit

5-petal punch
Tabletop Paper Trimmer

My Humble Distructions… ßAnd that’s not a typo

Open up your fresh cut note and remove the die cut petals.
Stamp the main image from Fresh Cut stamp set right over the opening of the flowers.
Cut the front part of the note card down to 3 ¼” square
Cut the back to 3 ½” square (this will be your matte)
Punch a 5 petal flower from your 5 petal flower punch using brilliant blue cardstock
Use a tiny amount of snail in the middle of the blue flower and adhere to the stamped image, so that it shows through
Stamp “vine” image down two sides of the brilliant blue cardstock
Use a glue dot to attach the half pearl from the pretties kit
Then, just put all the layers together.
Choose a rub~on for a sentiment or stamp one from the stamp set.

This is a very quick card, I made 15 of them for a swap in about 1 hour.

1 Rhinestone Brad from the Pretties Kit
5-petal punch
Flower Infusion ~ Felt flowers

Pink Taffeta Ribbon

Cut paper from the Print Pack down to slightly smaller than 4x4 square. (I cut it to 1/16th smaller) and set aside
Punch a 5 petal flower out of regal rose cardstock and adhere it face up, to the center of the fresh card note card.
Use paper piercing tool from the crafters tool kit to pierce a hole in the center of the fresh note card, also piercing the regal rose layer.
Choose a flower from the flower fusion, felt flowers from Stampin’ Up! **Note ~ they match perfectly**, put the rhinestone brad through the center, then through the center of the note card and open the prongs in the back.
Open the note card and cover the inside with the pretty in pink DSP, using snail adhesive
Tie the pretty in pink taffeta around the card.
Stamp your sentiment and Enjoy!





Fresh Cuts Project Three ~ Purple Power

Fresh Cut Stamp set

Fresh Cuts Note Cards (cut down to 3 ¾” square)
Amethyst Cardstock 8” x 4” ~ scored at 4” ~ **note, cut this from a 12 x 12 and you will get more out of your cardstock! No waste!
Brushed Silver Cardstock (for 5-petal punch)
Whisper white scraps

Ink
Elegant Eggplant Classic Ink Pad
Almost Amethyst Marker

Accessories

Snail Adhesive
1 half pearl from the Pretties Kit
5-petal punch
Tabletop Paper Trimmer
Gray Taffeta Ribbon

Cut Fresh notes card down to 3 ¾” square.
Stamp the main image from the fresh cut stamp set inside the white part of the card.
Pop the petals out of the card.
Use the amethyst marker to color in sections of the image as desired (look at the card closed to determine what to color.
Punch a silver 5 petal punch and adhere to the opening in the card, face up.
Tie the grey ribbon on and seal the card to itself. (letting the image show through).
Stamp small 5 petal flower on scrap whisper white and cut out. Use a glue dot to adhere.
Adhere the half pearl to the front of the small flower with a glue dot.
Take this whole front, that is stuck together and adhere it to the front of the 4x8” Amethyst cardstock and Enjoy!

these are all wonderful!! I still haven't purchased this set yet - it definitely needs to be bought!
