May your layers be many!

Happy Wednesday!  Today's post is a birthday card created by me!  :)

The Bermuda Bay Scallop Trim square started out at 3 13/16".  Check out Gretchen's blog for lots of sizes to start with to make perfect frames!  The Crushed Curry square is rolled with the Cupcakes wheel in Versamark and then embossed with Iridescent Ice.  So sparkly!  :)  The image is from Birthday Bliss.   (I just happened to get this set for free for SAB!  I am so excited that we can choose from the big catalog this year!)  I stamped the image in Jet Black Stazon and colored it in with my blender pens and In Color markers.  I scribbled on the stamp case with the markers, and then I picked up the color with the blender pen.  You get a softer look than if you colored directly on the paper with the markers.  The card base is Crushed Curry, and it's layered with Melon Mambo and DSP.  The DSP is from the SAB paper pack, Welcome Neighbor.  A piece of Bermuda Bay polka dot ribbon is the finishing touch.  I love how it came together!

Supplies(all SU!):  Stamps- Birthday Bliss.  Ink- Jet Black Stazon, Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay, Dusty Durango, Versamark.  Paper-  Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay, Whisper White, Welcome Neighbor DSP.  Accessories-  Cupcakes Stampin' Around wheel, Iridescent Ice EP, blender pens, Scalloped Trim border punch, Scalloped Trim corner punch, Bermuda Bay polka dot grosgrain.

Until next week...
Happy stampin'!
