WWW: Wonderfully Wicked Wednesday #16

Welcome to WWW for June! This months challenge was "Silver/Ruby" slippers. We have seen quite a variety this month. Next month's challenge will be anything having to do with Defy Gravity, from Wicked. One of the key elements in Wicked is the fact that Galinda and Elpheba form a unique friendship despite their differences. Defy Gravity comes into play when Elpheba is faced with choosing between "what is" and "what should be". All she ever wanted to do was work with the Magical Wizard of Oz until she learns more about him and is not pleased with what she learns. So she chooses to go against what is expected of her and "defies gravity".

Now that I have set next month's challenge up, let's wrap this one up!

Happy Father's Day weekend. I hope y'all have a great time with your loved ones. For those of us whose dad has died, remember the wonderful life and legacy he left for you and your family. My dad died just over twenty five years ago. It seems like a lifetime ago and at the same time just like yesterday. Cherish the memories.

Our team is getting smaller, but still mighty. Summer brings busy times for several of the team and they are taking some time off. So while some of us are taking a needed break the rest of the team are keeping it all together for us. ENJOY what they have made for you and let them know you appreciate them.
